Social media is obsessed with entertainment

Creators talk a lot about it all the time. And even though Dutch telco company KPN has the largest entertinment offering in the country, they aren't part of the conversation on social.

KPN teamed up with Netflix and dialed up something hidden inside some of the most popular series: phones. Three devices from 'The Crown', La Casa de Papel' and 'Stranger Things' where brought to life as a limited edition of 150 real working phones, connected via KPN's mobile network and packed with with, additional features coming straight from the series. 

The phones were released at a launch event, where creators got to try their favourite phone first. With unboxing video's, tech reviews and pop-ups in KPN's physical stores we got the nation excited: with nearly 10k people signing up and a +17% entertainment perception KPN became not only part of entertainment but also fans timelines.
